It seem you are hitting the nail on the head.
That is why so many buy 150/1500's to pull big TT, because they ride better when not towing! :S
When truth be told they should be buying the TV that will provide the capacity to safely tow their trailer with their family in it.
Maybe what the FLT should test some time is the Davis Dam run with each of the big three towing their max rated capacity.
I am sorry to say that a lot of the world has become a bunch of sissies! No consideration for what is the proper/safest tow vehicle but what rides the best is sadly more important.
