I believe in buying some items one time, yes no doubt most homes don't have $6000 fridges in them.
An example, my bbq grill is wolf, paid $5500 for it 15 years ago, I sue it all the time and it still looks and performs like new. My brother is on his 3rd XXXX grill from homedepot at $900 each. add in his time spent to move and buy new ones I bet it comes out close to being the same money spent.
