American made is very noteworthy
I'll say... bought a Diamond Back truck cover, 100% American made. Might be American made, but don't know what country did the quality control, had to finish some of the welds (musta been a foreign worker who did the welding), replaced all the bolts that snapped while putting it together (musta been cheap Chinese knock-off bolts). The truck cover is a great idea and add-on to my list of truck accessories, now that I've "upgraded" it, works very well. It allows me to hual my Quad on top of the box and keep my tools and other equipment covered, secured and dry!
Happy 4th to you too.... :R- Kevin_O_Explorer

OK I don't think anyone is calling you crap. Deep breath and if you really feel that way just don't read the post. BTW this is coming from a guy that gets slammed all the time. Don't worry about what people you have never meet say or think.
Don - Sport45Explorer IIDon't take offense lawrosa. If you read what they're saying the grass is greener on the other side of your fence. That put's you on the crap-free side.

You don't know what your missing lawrosa! The grass is definitely greener on this side! :)
Yes the grass is always greener around the Septic Tank.:B - drillkingExplorerHad all 3 major brands over the years. Mostly Fords. I've had a few good Dodge's, no good Chevy's,
and a lot of good Fords. Ford is all I buy for business purposes. My reasoning is mostly nostalgic! Not the best reason but mine! My Granddad, dad, uncles, aunts, cousins, brother, sisters, daughter, and sons are all Ford owners. (Or were, some passed on) I think a lot of people are like this. All three are close in performance anymore, I just like the blue oval! - lawrosaExplorerWho is trying to start an argument??? I did not start this thread...
All I stated is I would never own a ford and never will.. Its my personal preference is all..
Im 48 years old and never owned a Ford ever. My dad was a chevy guy and a few pontiacs, but thats it... I follow what my dad taught me.
I did have a few dodge cars and such, but always been a chevy guy..
I have never had a probalem with my chevys..
Its all the other posts that are flaming me...
Thanks... Real friendly here.... dreeder wrote:
He might just be trying to start an argument but American made is very noteworthy to me and I am sure it is to others as well. I am not a Ford guy, but kudos to them.
Well said.... And I prefer to purchase a truck that is American made by an American company. Chrysler product is no longer an American company which is a real shame. I bet Lee is pissed!
