Not everything printed on specs sheets is true to life. That chart also shows the rear axle as a S111 instead of the S130 that is actually in the F450.
It also shows the F350 as having larger brakes than the F450. When the reverse is true.
Springs are also different. As has been mentioned, there are fewer leafs on the F450 than the F350 Max Tow, but they are indeed thicker.
If they were the same spring packs, they would have the same leaf count.
