Well, the idea is I will Full-time live in the TT. I would meander about the country. Not driving every other day, but towing out to an area and maybe only moving the trailer every two weeks or so (mainly to dump/refill tanks and resupply).
So, your question is, "Will a F-150 tow a 9,000 pound travel trailer"?
Sure it will. Try it and then come back on here asking about suspension upgrades, LT tires, and expensive hitches. Or, get a F-250 and look forward to the days that you will be towing from mountain to mountain and from coast to coast. I like my F-150 for towing my 5,000 pound trailer. I really liked my 2500HD for towing a 8,000 pound trailer. My performance expectations may be higher than some other people's.
The F-250 will give you a head start when you start looking at a fifth wheel trailer or a small truck camper.
