The one thing I know is, when I come up upon a weinie truck (150-1500) pulling a large RV on the road, I either pass quickly or drop way back. Don't want to be too close to an 'accident' waiting to happen. Lots of You-Tube video's about small trucks. SUV's pulling big RV's and the end result when the tail wags the dog and they are all ugly.
Not for me. I want some 'meat' pulling my trailer or in my case a TC that is well within the payload rating of my truck.
