Got the same thing when I said that I would tow a 4,600lb TT with my Ranger....."OHHH you need a 1/2 ton for that"...LOL. That's at 82% of the Rangers rated ability. WD hitch, good trailer brake and not driving like its empty will be no problems...would a 1/2 ton tow it better...sure it would but the Ranger will be fine.
