This concept bears repeating...RV'ers are the only market segment I'm aware of where people go out and buy the smallest truck they can find with the largest stated capacity to pull loads that are otherwise pulled by much larger trucks in every other sector. And for roughly the same money, why wouldn't someone buy a larger, more capable vehicle???
I can give you several good reasons.
1. It's not "roughly" the same money.
2. They don't have a 3.5L ecoboost in a F250.
3. It's not any more "capable" of towing a 9,000 lbs trailer. (let's not forget this thread is about a 9,000 lbs TT).
