Should be. I know they have been working on the new Bronco in Australia. No Photos as yet.

Sounds more like engineered and testing .It will be primarily for the NA market. GM is now following suit and pouring money into the Lang Lang test facilities for Global vehicle testing. Not on the same scale as Ford, but have noticed that Asia has really come alive as a major market. I am excluding China here.
Ford has developed and designed the Ranger here but has several other Ford projects they are developing in the pipeline. Ford is continuong to pour money into the Australian Design and Testing facilities
