The camper package from ford for the 3 F250's we have owned means that the included 7 pin connection is in the bumper and the 12 v charge plug relay is wired from under the hood to the 7 pin.. The other thing is the sway bar on the rear and heavier springs in front and the overload in the back. The way it was explained to me was that the camper package gives you a souped up version, so I kinda have a normal 350.
Has anyone noticed that the 7 pin/4 pin receivers on Fords have the spring loaded covers hinged so that you can't use both at the same time. The doors get in their own way. I solved that by taking one of the doors off and keeping an empty plug in the doorless side.
I have never heard of a tire pressure monitor messing up a charging system. I would find a Ford garage and ask them. Weird
