yes adaptive cruise was available in 2017, not sure what trim levels it was available on. It automatically slows down if you come up on someone and speeds up again when they leave the lane or if you change lanes. You can also control how far ahead it 'looks' so you can set it more aggressive when empty and more conservative when loaded.

edit: did some googling on auto-dipping headlights, that's probably the correct term for what I called auto-dimming.
