I guess you've got 4x4 who is listed 3" taller than RWD, but they do stand up pretty much on parking lot.

I thought the height difference was only on the single rear wheel F250/F350.
I bought the same camera that is in the tailgate from ford. I have yet to install it, waiting on my cable to show up. I plan to mount it in the rear wall.
