I could not get used to it in the week I had the truck. Took too long shifting into and out of gears. Put it in Park and had to wait 3-4 seconds for it lock. Also did not like the tow mirrors, could not adjust the mirrors the way I like to see traffic beside and behind me.
There may have been something wrong with it. I have never experienced any delays like that with the Ram electronic shift. But I agree it does take some getting used to.
