5 yr re-cert is a 'External Visual' inspection only (Majority of re-certs done)
7 yr re-cert is a 'Proof-Pressure' test/inspection
12 yr re-cert is a 'Volumetric Expansion' test/inspection
Fees vary by region/facility and/or method used.
Most ALL BULK propane dealers do re-certs
Suburban Propane, Amerigas, Davenport Energy or Blue Ridge Propane over in Roanoke should handle re-certs (20 miles from Salem)
