245/70R19.5 tire Air pressure Loaded and not loaded?

Dadwolf2 is right, check with the manufacturer of your tires. Slight PSI changes will change how the truck handles too, with the tires on your steering axle.

I run;

Continental HDR
92 PSI on Front
110 PSI on Rears
