I am buying a Ram Outdoorsman crew cab with the 6.4 Hemi and 4.10 axle. The Ram website states the payload is 2926. Does anyone know if this payload is true? I worry there is some small print or some...
On this 2013 Ram 2500 towing chart it's interesting that all the diesels have a GVWR of 10,000# and most of the Hemi engines are 8800#. So, were there different frames? Or was Ram just afraid to rate a diesel truck with 1500# or payload? Or, a Hemi at 3000#?
Also, interesting that throughout the chart "Cummins" is spelled as "Cummings". I guess I have to stop laughing at people calling it a Cummings diesel :)
