Apparently I fall into this category as well.

The Ecodiesel fuel economy numbers I have seen have been very impressive. These are great numbers for a full size pickup. Say what you want, but I think Chrysler did the right thing by going with this V6 diesel for the 1500's instead of the V8 Cummins.
