Your problem description is a little "light" on observations. Is the fuse blowing at the start of movement, during movement, and the end of travel? If its at the ends, then you likely need to have some adjustment made on the limiter, if they exist on your system.
Depending on where, might be an issue with corrosion on some connections along with "marginal fuse rating" for task. Checking / watching battery voltage levels while operating might provide clues on electrical system integrity.
PS. depending on your "desire", you can buy a 50 amp "shunt" for a couple of dollars, hook it in line with the battery (fuse) and monitor the amperage with a normal voltmeter (measure its resistance first then there after measure the voltage across the shunt, the V/resistance will give the current). If during normal operation, its close to the 30 amp, you likely have found your answer. Of course, you are under warrantee but that doesn't necessarily get you a timely fix if they can't find the problem readily. Hence, your call on your "desire".
PPS, the reason for this method of testing is that normal meters can't / don't usually take a large amount of current (ie. about 10amps max).
