Yes it will run the propane furnace, it doesnot draw anywhere near the amperage that an AC/microwave or 110volt hot water heater does.

That's what I'm thinking. You can run the microwave too. And, most likely you can run the AC but, only if you don't run the microwave or the water heater at the same time.
