Any photograph you make, unless it is specifically signed over and sold, is the copywritten property of the photographer. Not Facebook, and not random guys who grab your photo off the web for whatever reason. My background is in photography and I regularly send demand letters or sue copyright infringers. To take someone's property is theft.
