........and again.....it was SARCASM... at just almost 65 years of age and towing for better than 40 years, I do know the difference and don't buy into trying to justify buying a lessor rated truck, (GVWR, GCWR and RAWR), but yet we're being told the trucks are IDENTICAL..period....forgive my ignorance.

They are identical...period. Don't take anyone's word for it. Do what I did. Look up all the pertinent part numbers and compare. Report back your results. Until then, you don't really have the information to form an accurate opinion.

Really am not THAT interested in the difference to look it up, but have enough information to form my own accurate opinion whether you think so or not.....I merely based my opinion on what was given to me by Ford posters and the parts lists....SOOOO IF they ARE IDENTICAL, both the F250 and F350 SRW, as stated, I would purchase the F250, it would cost less and Ford can't rip me off by selling me an F350 SRW that is actually an F250 in every aspect...GVWR, RAWR, FAWR and GCWR...as you stated the trucks ARE IDENTICAL....seems like a rip off..Now if "some" F350' SRW trucks ARE different than F250's, ie higher GVWR, RAWR, FAWR and GCWR, some have contradicted themselves by stating F250's are identical to F350 SRW trucks, pretty inclusive...leaving no room for exceptions.
