I would prefer 4WD over my current 2WD but since my 5er has a non adjustable pin box and the axles can't be lowered there is no way it will tow level on a taller 4WD truck.
I shouldn't interject this but I can't help myself. Our snow when we have it is that 31 degree wet stuff that compacts immediately and is super slick. The white stuff is a testosterone call for young men to put on their cowboy hats, get in their 4WD trucks and race around in the snow. For some reason they think those wide tires make them stop better and go around corners faster than a plebeian car. The ditches are usually littered with them.
