As for Moneypak and the website different when you click on it versus type... that right there would run me off. There are a lot of websites out there whose only purpose is to try hundreds of exploits against your computer, OS, browser, and browser add-ons like Java and Flash until they manage to get a foothold into your computer. I've gotten many phishing emails where they have a URL link of a bank, but when one hovers the mouse over the link, it is some site out of the country.
I have yet to encounter a seller that requires Moneypaks and not be a scam. Maybe they are out there, but I'm not going to risk my hard-earned dollars on something that may or may not be a useful deal.
To boot, scams like this is how criminals raise money for terrorist organizations, so I rather not take the chance of not just being out the cash, but said cash being used for the death of US servicemen abroad.
