$500 Honda EU2000i ???

As I mentioned, I bought my Honda EU2000i from Electric Generator Depot. I'd never heard of this company and I'd never bought from them. I got real concerned after I ordered the generator and I didn't hear anything back. No acknoledgement of receipt of my PayPal funds...Nothing.
Here is an email I sent them this morning:

But just a suggestion......The internet is a dangerous place to buy stuff if you have no idea who you are buying from.
I took a chance as the price was great and the free shipping sealed the deal for a Honda generator.
I never received confirmation that you received my PayPal payment. PayPal assured me it was sent, but nothing from you folks.
I finally received FedEx tracking info from FedEx not you folks. It showed something coming from "Factory Authorized Outlet"??
If I didn't look closely at the FedEx tracking info to see a 50 pound box, I would have thought it was SPAM and deleted it.
And this response email comes from "Max Tool" (with no reply email address BTW) and I bought it from "Electric Generator Depot".....All seems a bit concerning......
At this point, If I receive a 50 pound box of rocks instead of a Honda EU2000i I wouldn't be surprised. :-)
I would suggest some internal discussion should take place and rectify these easily resolved issues.
Hope you take this criticism in the positive way it is intended.

I completely agree with you. I will bring this to my managers attention and see if some changes can be made. I was not aware that the email system I am replying thru did not show a return email address. Our parent company is Max Tool but we have around 14 different Factory Authorized Outlet sites therefore different names sometimes come up depending which website the order is coming from. The tracking you received is from our warehouse and being that we ship using FedEx it is their computer system here that we email from. Please rest assured that your Honda generator will arrive shortly and not a box of rocks : ) Thank you for your input and I will make sure it is addressed. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can assist you with.
