For the most part it does if you look at the notes from the fill ups. Most people will leave a not saying "towing Xlb trailer" or something of the sort. For highway trips, just look at the city to highway ratio. If it states 5% city then you know that tank was mostly highway.

http://www.fuelly.com/car/ram/2500/2015/cdavis/340083Go down the the very bottom to the "Log Book". Hover your mouse pointer over the notes icon and it will pop up the notes of that tank. Most may not have notes but there is enough date in there to get a general idea of the fuel mileage to expect.
