Unless you've done something REALLY special, the Aisin is not offered in the 2500, ONLY the 3500 SRW and 3500 DRW trucks...You get a 2500 with the G56 manuel or the 68RFE automatic....if you were told you had the Aisin in your truck, someone played a really dirty trick on you, unless you bought one and had it put in your truck.
...and all 2500's are single rear wheel trucks...unless customized into a DRW truck
When he pops his hood, he'll see he was swindled. Now, just hope he didn't get charged the extra $$$ for it.
Yeah that's the reason I asked him to look at his window sticker...and look at his paperwork to see what the truck cost him..
....OR the salesperson didn't have a clue what the Aisin tranny is...so he just said, "yes", and moved to the paperwork...didn't pay for an Aisin, but thought he had one...kinda sad.
