Had the same problem with my 15 6.7, along with what seemed like a lot of "cleaning exhaust filter" messages in the first 10k miles. Dealer I went to when I got shut down flashed the computer with some kind of upgraded software and I haven't had a problem since, and the messages are more in line with where they should be. I mentioned that to another dealer that I had it done, and they weren't aware of the update. Thought I would mention it in case it helps.
