I read a number of reviews for the Hankook Dynapro AT-m tires which said that after 15k miles, they get very noisy.
I don't quite understand that. I agree that it's the tread style that makes them noisy but why, after 15K, would they get noisier? Does Hankook put a "15k thick" layer of softer, quieter rubber on the tire?
I don't think so.
The Toyo Open Country AT/II tires on my 2004 Tundra have worked great. I merely want to give the Hankook tires a try and their ratings are pretty good....from what I read.
