7.3 repair bill ouch
had my 7.3 to the dealer for Waste Gate actuator and heater fan stuck on defrost,,, $963.00 later runs like a champ. still cheaper than a new truck payment ok rant over!!

Chipping and Tuning are very different. Installing a canned, one size doesn't fit anything "chip" isn't wise for any vehicle, IMHO.
TUNING, on the other hand can be quite safe with modest performance gains.

I will put you on a couple hills with that 7.3 and 11k and I will guarantee you that it will be 35-45 in second gear . I know this because I towed those mountain grades with a 7.3
You may be pulling mild grades at 60-65 but you won't on the steep grades
