I heard that chiping a 7.3 was not a good idea could be the reason you had problems with the Trans and hp oil lines honestly I'm not in that much of hurry to get where i'm going and I honestly never had a power problem then again my 5th wheel only weighs approx. 11000 loaded I climb hills doing 60-65 with out a struggle

You still have the best diesel truck Ford ever made. Pay the bill and keep on going! :B
I owned 3 Fords with the 7.3 and they were all great trucks, still have one I beat around the place with but after owning a Ford F 350 with a 6.7 Powerstroke it is twice the truck the 7.3 is. Love the old 7.3 but their days is long gone as far as power, mpg, etc.starts up like a summer day in -0 degrees weather and did I say power. 3 years and 80 some thousand miles and not a single problem.

NOT!
Just suggesting the 7.3 with a Torque Sift would be a great combo!
Just like I would mind putting a G56 behind my 5.9.
Fish,
glad to see you feeling better. :B
That and a $963 repair bill at the dealer is too bad.
And how much $$$ have you put into your truck? :B
