Probably shocks, plugs, air cleaner, maybe even ball joints.

Service not sales is the dealer's bread and butter income. They all do it. We have a Camry we bought in April. We took the car in for the first complementary 'Toyota Care' (not much of anything really, but baked into the car's price I'm sure) and the service writer asks if there's anything else??? The car is brand new for cryin' out loud, and on Toyota's dime if there was 'something else'. :E
