Dec 19, 2018According to the manual, you just swap the tires left to right on each axle for a RAM dually. Fronts are swapped left to right and the rears get swapped left to right. If you have the tires rotated, then definitely mark them to make sure they've been rotated.
I had one of those free oil change and tire rotation deals from the dealer. I marked the tires only to find that they had not rotated the tires. They told me that they couldn't do a rotation on a dually unless they dismounted and remounted all 6 tires and it would run me $200. I pulled out the manual and showed them. It was like they just found out that bread now comes sliced. They seemed to have no clue. It's a bit scary who dealerships employs these days. A 6 tire swap would probably be more effective, but that's not what RAM calls for.
