Those tank sensors are known to be unreliable. It may just be circumstance that it is acting up after the repair.
Just a thought, but even if you havent added water, have you opened your drain valve to be sure there is no water in there. It's possible for water to backflow from your water pump or anderson valve if you've used it since the repair. This may be something your already aware of but thought I'd throw it out there.
