Had an 8.1 and was a strong performer. The HP listed is higher and torque is the same on this newly rumored engine. Perhaps with a CGI block to reduce weight and DI they can produce a very capable and reliable engine at lower weight and better mpg.
Will be curious to see what they come up with.
