Yes, I procured a piece of aluminum sheet, cut to about 14"x15"and installed it behind the fridge vent to cover about 1/2 the opening and curving around to the right. There were several unused screw bungs in the plastic escutcheon that got some self-taping screws to hold the sheet vertical. The flame stayed on even moving @ 70 mph on one stretch. I'm happy camper.
