It's kind of interesting that the video is titled Torque vs Horsepower and he points out that torque without taking into account rpm is kind of meaningless. He's 100% right, yet as soon as you specify the rpm at which the torque is produced you are in fact talking power. So, the video could have been titled Power vs Horsepower.
