I have had two polar cubs 2004 ,2006 worked great with a honda eu2000 on eco mode to 8000 ft elevation
The old polar cub had a 8.9 max amp draw models #9201 - d, e ....
R-410A Refrigerant was introduced in 2009-10
The polar cub is NOT sold anymore , its now called the Mach 8 Cub
model #47201-a876 11.7 amps max amp draw
The polar cub thats been sold since 2010 was model 49201- a876 ,it had a max amp draw of 11.5
I hate to see somone refered to a product thats not going to preform as suggested. That said any one can buy anything they want for any reason they choose .
