Adding Carrying Rack Above LP Tank?
We have a nice Yeti Tundra 65 cooler -- it's quite heavy and takes up quite a bit of room in the tow vehicle. In addition, our pup is light on its tongue (300# tongue weight on a 3080# GAVW), SOOOO ....

If your thinking of hauling it empty, shouldn't be a problem. However, if you fill it up will food, drinks and ice then the added weight could very well present a problem. I have seen bicycle racks designed similar to what your thinking about.
Just be aware of where your bunk poles fit into the frame to make sure it doesn't get in the way of supporting the bunk.
