Adding Carrying Rack Above LP Tank?
We have a nice Yeti Tundra 65 cooler -- it's quite heavy and takes up quite a bit of room in the tow vehicle. In addition, our pup is light on its tongue (300# tongue weight on a 3080# GAVW), SOOOO ....

Empty, the cooler is 27 pounds. I would guess it to be perhaps 70# full. And a rack itself might be 15#. Even if the rack plus loaded cooler were 100#, the tongue weight would go to 400# and the total trailer weight to 3180#. If tongue weight is supposed to be 10-15%, I'd be within the 318# to 477# -- in fact, that would be right in the middle at 12.5%. I'd probably have to put a light-colored tarp over it to protect a bit from the sun and any flying stones. Is there something else I might be overlooking? Does anyone know of a design they've seen or, better yet, a ready-made product?
