Adding Carrying Rack Above LP Tank?
We have a nice Yeti Tundra 65 cooler -- it's quite heavy and takes up quite a bit of room in the tow vehicle. In addition, our pup is light on its tongue (300# tongue weight on a 3080# GAVW), SOOOO ....

Sounds like it will work great, in fact the idea is so good I might just build one for mine...I usually go toward the 15% tongue weight as stated in several books I have read, the PUP rides better that way,(for me at least)
