Adding Cruise Control to a 2008 E350
How big of a deal is it to add cruise control to an E350 from 2008? I'm looking at buying one that doesn't have it. It is a must have for us, so not sure what its like to add. I'm going to call...

I don't know that an aftermarket unit will work on a drive-by-wire vehicle since there is no throttle cable.
The 8.1's are also drive by wire, and I couldn't tell you how my cruise control works, there is no hardware under the hood at all....I think the PCM just adjusts the intake air motor as necessary to maintain the set speed.
