Judging from what I have seen on some Semi's, you can light your TT like a Christmas tree as long as you have a prescribed set of lights where they belong.
I do not think a person should be faulted for enhancing the visibility of their TT.
I will admit, a police light bar might get you into trouble..... :) :)
