Yes, cost wise I am fully aware. :)
This is important though since we will travel a lot in our future trailer and there will be times when cell signals will not be accessible from within the trailer even with the signal boosters. The work will allow us to continue to travel, so thousands of dollars are easily justified in this case. :)
Would the standard alternator be able to handle the extra load? Also, what if we are not traveling enough to charge the battery? (Hence the idea of installing solar panel(s)). How do you route the wires from the bed into the cab?
