Just drill a hole in the bed, put a grommet in it and run the wires. Done.
Why are you so hot on the LI batteries? Why not regular LA batteries?
LI will cost you over 6 grand. LA will cost you less than 500 bucks.
It would take a BIG solar panel to charge those batteries. Would any solar panel help? Sure. But those are expensive also and packaging will be difficult. Maybe a solar panel and a small gen-set would be the way to go.
