Forget Lith-Ion batteries and just go with deep cycle AGM's for now and keep looking
for Sodium-Ion batteries or AKA Saline-Ion batteries. Can be drained down to ZERO
with no ill effects and almost limitless recharge cycles.
Local startup working on Saline-Ion and secret is always in the electrodes. Know
MolyB impreg'd paper one of the current best...that will reduce the sizing in
the future.
A portable generator and inverter sized for your needs...maybe a solar array on
top of the trailer.

Similar to my survival battery systems. Just snagged a bunch of
protected 18650's to go with my NiMH AA's and have two folding solar
arrays. Along with a 10KW generator with self starter/battery. Little
compared to what you are planning
