This looks interesting - so can I add the Li battery in this case, mount it under the truck, then charge it through either the truck's alternator or the power source from the RV then use the normal 12v/110v sockets from within the truck? Did I get that right?
I would use an AGM battery fed off a heavy ignition switched lead from the charging circuit. This would give you isolation from your vehicle battery, yet still charge quickly when the vehicle is running. From this battery, you could run a lead into the cab with 12VDC or into an inverter if you need AC power.
