It's brand new! I would hope it doesn't have any problems...
Anyway; bring a flashlight and ice pick. Look for stains/soft wood EVERYWHERE (under mattress, closets, basement...)
Sit on the toilet...does it work for you?
The shower?
Sit at the kitchen table. How does that feel?
Is there enough storage inside/out for what you will bring?
I guess the point is; make sure that floorplan works for you.
If you do purchase, spend a night at dealer, or nearby, and use EVERYTHING (stove, heat, lights) to be sure it all functions before you get home.
