Advice Needed: Camping at Fort Wilderness vs a hotel stay

I think I may have convinced my wife! My question...is a golf cart worth it if we bring our bikes?? I know it would be a blast, but could you get around just as easy on bikes and save the money?

Also, when camping, would you still purchase the Dining Package (1 Quick Service, 1 Table Service, snack and drink)? We probably won't need the table service everyday, but it says you can trade a couple table services for a dinner with a princess.
