I talked to these outside companies too and they said what you have to do is meet them off Disney property and they will loan you a trailer.
Basically, you take the golf cart and trailer, drop off the cart yourself at your site, take them back the trailer, then on departure day do the reverse.
I didn't do that because it sounded too much like me working for them for only $100-200 savings. I actually ended up buying a cart so I just hauled it in the bed of my truck.

This is exactly what they do... I was all about the savings.. and the cart is a lot sharper also... :B
