DJ is on the right track. I have an AF 865 on a short box, crew cab F-250 with the 6.7 diesel. It has a 10,000 GVWR and the identical suspension of the F-350. Fully loaded it is about 11,500 lbs and it runs down the road absolutely trouble free. We put 6K miles on it this summer with zero issues.
